Within 14 days of receiving your order, you're eligible for a return, provided the products are unopened, unused, with tags intact, and nestled in their original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Ready to initiate a return? Just drop us a line at info@glaciersupplements.com, and we'll guide you through the process with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Remember, returns without prior notification aren't accepted, so be sure to reach out first!

Encountered any hiccups with your order, like defects or incorrect items? Alert us immediately, and we'll swiftly address and rectify the situation.

While sale items and gift cards are final sales and not returnable, we do offer exchanges. Simply return your current item and, once accepted, place a new order for your desired product.

As for refunds, we'll inform you once your return is processed. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might need additional time to process the refund.
